Does anyone know what the white dots are around the bottom of the glands of my penis I’m still a virgin so I know it’s not an std. it’s super sensitive when my foreskin goes over it .

Looks like pearly penile papules to me. Look it up online. Perfectly normal apparently and lots of guys have them, especially uncut guys. I had them too but had them removed last year when I got circumcised.

May I ask why you got them removed and willl it affect me to just leave it there ?

Just personal preference, I was just self conscious of them once I was circumcised. But as others have said, they're very common and completely harmless.

It is pretty normal if you have long foreskin i think.

Yea I don’t have a long foreskin cause it stops just over the glands of my penis

Yeap those are PPP , pearly penile papules like Liverpoolted has said. They are harmless and pose no risk whatsoever . It will not affect you in any way so I wouldnt worry much about it. All the best !

Those are perfectly normal and they won’t affect anything. All men have them, so it’s nothing to be concerned about or stress over. You’re perfectly fine.

Nothing to worry about the pearly papules are very common among uncircumcised guys. Yes I have them too. Before my circumcision they appeared very pronounced when I’d retract my foreskin. now that I’m circumcised they seem to be fading. I think it’s because the head of my penis is not covered anymore, so the skin tissues are adapting to not having foreskin. Don’t let that get to you. Everything else looks healthy.

You are blessed with Pearly Penile Papules. They're normal and harmless. During intercourse, they add a measure of stimuling pleasure to your partner. As you age, they'll slowly diminish.

Just the common PPP lots of us have, I also have lots of fordyce spots too. They are all completely normal and nowt to worry about
