Tight foreskin

I’m 19 and I’ve had tight foreskin all my life. It doesn’t affect my day to day but it means I can’t fully retract when I’m erect which makes getting intimate impossible.

Prescribed steroid cream hasn’t worked and a doctor turned down my request for a circumcision.

Anyone know any specific stretching techniques or anything like that? I’m at my wits end here hahah. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Which steroid was prescribed? Did you also stretch?
