Blister-like patches on penis

Hi everyone..

A few months ago, two patches began to appear on my penis. I thought they were going to disappear with the passing of days but they remain the same.

They look like blisters but without sticking out. White on the outside and it seems that inside it has a dark color.

It doesn't hurt or anything. But I would like to know what it is.
