Swelling and white patch on gland head after circumcision which smells very bad. I had done my circumcision 6 days ago. And I have not taken shower from then, only taking sponge bath. Is that the reason it is smelling so bad. All time I am keeping a bandage with vaseline around my penis and wearing a tight brief day and night. My cuts are not healing as I can see blood patches coming from the cuts. Main thing that is irritating me is the bad smell and this white patch on my penis gland.

You are passed day 3 of a circumcision you can now have quick showers once you have removed the pressure bandage you can have showers preferably 2 a day. Maintain maintenance on your penis to avoid infections etc. You should make sure your penis is fully dry and possibly you can apply Vaseline to your penis. You can dry your penis with a hair dryer on a warm setting not hot. I’d also suggest re bandaging your penis for a few more days to keep nasty stuff out of your wounds allow it to heal slightly more.
