Is this an infection or just healing process (circumsision)

I have that yellow/orange thing on top come out 2 days ago of that blood clot that has been there for a while. But i was wondering what that is. Is that an infection or something i should worry about?

It's my 9th day of recovery.

I accidentally popped it and it just released some liquid and thats it, dident hurt or nothing, felt a bit warm but its okay now. Lete hope its not bad.

Hi, just keep an eye on it. looks like a water blister gently wash with some salted water would be best to help heal.

Take Antibiotic tablet for 3 more days and use oinments
