So this thing has been here for about 1 day (i have been circumsised 4 days ago) and i removed the bandage on the third day (yesterday). But i am just curious/worried what it is, i hope it is not something serious that could deform/harm my penis, i already had enough pain while i had phimosis. It is soft and does not hurt when touched. I feel as if it might be a swelling but there could be other possibilities too.

Edit: I also wanted to add that the head does look a bit deformed but i noticed that it might be because it is being pulled by the stiches that pull together the head and the shaft. So it is normal i assume.
