How to get a better sleep after circumcision

I am now in my 8th day into the surgery. It has been quite a challenge to sleep properly with all the sensations, pain etc. After talking to the doctors, I finally found a solution that helped me quite a bit yesterday. You might try the same and see how it works for you: Take gauze bandage and dab Betadine solution on it. Once it is wet, wrap it over the penis. You will get a nice cold feeling and the wet gauze will also help in keeping your penis in position. Next, to ensure that it doesn't fall off at night (once it becomes dry), I wrapped toilet paper around it and taped it with 3M Micropore.

Please share how it worked out for you if you try.
