Friction between penis glan with inner wear

I just got myself circumcision.. the penis glan skin wont injured because of the friction in your inner wear?

It is best to keep your penis as still as possible for at least the first 2 weeks to allow healing to proceed. Wear close-fitting briefs (not loose boxers) and point the penis upwards in them to allow excess lymph to drain away and reduce swelling.

It is also best to protect the wound with a small amount of bandage (1 or 2 layers only) during their time.
