Woke up this morning with some light bleeding

Only noticed then put gauze there and it kept showing for a few times.

Wound seems clean no swelling or bad stuff leaking out.

Didn't get your question but if you wanted to know Abt the bleeding, then it's no problem at all. Small bleeds can occur uptill 3 weeks in my opinion and they usually come down on their own. Larger and persistent bleeding requires medical attention. Use a new gauze and staunch the area and remove it after some time.

You can try to completely void your bladder multiple times and esp.before going to sleep and also stop drinking fluids after 6pm to prevent nocturnal erections. Also you can try sleeping on your left side and pulling up your legs to the chest when you feel like getting an erection. It should allow it to come down. Alternatively put a wet cold towel on yourself and it should go back. All the best!
