Hi I am having issues with my penis so basically I find it a tiny bit difficult to retract my foreskin I also have a really thick foreskin when it’s pulled back it looks like a few layers of skin is connected to it and my glans are very sensitive to touch I am not circumcised

If you are have any problem with retracting your foreskin you should consult with a doctor to assess the reason for it and the extent of your problem.

If it’s a ‘tiny bit difficult’ then it sounds as though you should be able to improve it by gradual and careful stretching. There’s plenty of guidance online including numerous posts on this forum.

Regarding the thickness, hard to tell. Have you compared with someone else or just your own opinion?

Sensitivity diminishes with use and exposure.
