I had my circumcision done 6 weeks ago yesterday, the wound has healed completely but the circumference of the wound is still quite swollen, I’m able to masturbate, but I’ve been afraid of having sex. There’s no pain, just the swelling, it looks like mi penis is wearing a scarf. Is it still too early to be worried about the swelling?

Swelling can last much longer than it takes for the wound to fully heal. Give it another month and you'll probably see great improvement.
The wound may have fully healed, but the new skin along the join/scar line will still be very vulnerable, so remember to use a condom for a few weeks.
