Swollen/Irritated foreskin help

For the past day my foreskin has been slowly swelling and it was very sore. I went to sleep last night and it was bearable but when I woke up my foreskin is so swollen it’s nearly covering my whole knob and I can’t pull it back to urinate. It’s extremely painful to walk with it rubbing. There’s no rash at all it’s just swollen foreskin and leaking discharge. Can anyone help with this or had this before ??

Sounds like you need urgent medical review. I would not delay this any longer.

Okay mate thanks for that. Do you think I should go to emergency or go to the GP tomorrow ?

Hidden has told you the best advice that there is. It seems like an emergent problem that could cause retention of urine at any time . Make haste and get it checked asap. All the best !
