Should a frenuloplasty stop head of penis pulling downwards

I had a frenuloplasty 10 days ago, but rather than being cut and stitched the whole frenulum was removed and I didn't need any stitches because he cauterized it. Although it's still a bit briused and sore and not fully healed where the frenulum used to be, I have noticed while showering when flaccid that if I pull my foreskin all the way back to clean it, the head still pulls down although not as much as before. I cant really tell when erect yet because its too sore to mess with when hard.

Give it time to heal and get over any post-op swelling and see how it is then.

Removal of the frenulum should ensure that there is no 'drag' on the foreskin nor the glans, so the glans should not be distorted downwards as it is with frenulum breve.

However, at present there may be interactions with the swelling so let that settle down before deciding if the frenulum was properly removed.

Hi, it took a few weeks for the bruises and swelling to go down and about 11 or 12 weeks for the wound to heal completely. It probably would of healed quicker but I got busy with the wife a couple of times and it bled. Am I normal? Probably as close as I'll ever get, I have a small scar where my frenulum was but everything moves freely now. I think I did lose a bit of sensitivity and had to figure out what worked with sex and masturbation because it felt different than before the operation but it is definitely better.
