Hi all, so I guess I tore my frenulum and now it looks like their is a little peice of skin poking out. Will I be okay if I just let it heal naturally or do I need to go to the doctor? Also what do I do about the skin poking out? P.S. idk how to post pictures to inform and thank you.

I’m not going to ask how you did it! Any concerns ? If so, see your doctor 🔜
