Problem Circumcision (erection)

I had Circumcision almost a year already. I have a problem with erection. My can not get erection. The doctor gave me tadafill and it help a little bit but without medicine i can not hold erection. Do u think my frenulum is tight and short that why they can not hold up.

I have to echo what Hidden has said. It does look like you have a short frenulum in my opinion as well and it may also be one of the reasons why you are not able to get erect completey . Do you experience pain or tightness at the base of the glans near the frenulum while getting erect ? And there can be many reasons for ED and all of them have to be tackled with . So it's best to narrow down to the cause and tackle it . All the best !

I think so too. I dont feel it hurt but every time they have erection they can’t hold it up and they getting down after a few second when They have erection. What do u think?

Medication, mental distress, or physical conditions can lead to ED. Honestly, I think a doc may have to check in on it.
