Someone suggested me here streching exercise some 3 days back and i guess it really helped me a lot as i could see first in my life this head till here is it normal its like whitish and little blood in uretgra side

Don’t pull any more until you have seen a doctor. Bleeding indicates damage and could lead to scarring.

No i dint its very little pain dats it i could pull till there very easily and its first time in life after strectching is oic normal? As others?

I don't see any relation between stretching foreskin with urethra. unless your urethra is reacting to cream/whatever substance you use for stretching, or your frenulum is pulling part of urethra. allergic reaction may cause redness and throbbing.

you should pay attention to frenulum, it's directly affected by stretching. go slowly, never rush thing.

Ya i meant same streching foreskin not urethra but urethra is red is it normal feom the pic like others because i have seen it for first time

if the redness doesn't give you pain or discomfort, it should be okay.

Ya but so little pain like a tiny little ant bite i am 22 year old and i have pulled it this much first time

Stretching exercises worked for me. No need to circumcise anymore.

My mother took me to the doctor when I was 12 y/o to have my tight foreskin circumcised. The doctor realized that I did not want my foreskin cut so he suggested and performed a dilation procedure instead. I practiced foreskin retraction thereafter. It took several years but I am very happy with the results.

Same here, took lots of patience, time and effort but I have a fully functioning foreskin which is nice and short and covers the glans when I want it to, or rolls back when I want the head exposed. The best of both worlds!

Stay in Hot water and strech and u will expose the glans u are Going good so far but Hey dont force Anything dont try to pull hard strech alittle evryday and use oilve Oil so the head wont attach again u will make It soon Btw olive Oil extra vergin is best and It has the the ability to build skin sells

Yes thanks as per your suggestiin only i am doing and its been just 3 days i am progressing
