Hi bluesteelers as tam you need to put a fragrance free moisturiser cream I put it on 3/ 4 times a day and when I masterbate have sex and massage I use coconut oil if you do this your problem will most likely go take care and good luck

You appear to have a significant amount of keratinization. This can be improved by the moisterization suggestions above and wearing soft supportive underwear to minimize rubbing (which most likely caused it)
