Hi guys, so I have peyronies which is improving and my curvature around the scar tissue is decreasing. However after another meeting with the urologist I still have alot of curvature which causes the penis to curve up towards my face when erect. This seems to come from my scrotal area, I can push it down to be straight, however I've been reading that it cna be to tight tendon muscles but doesn't cause any long term issues.
I find alot of sex positions are difficult unless the right angle is involved. Has anyone any experience with this and any positions or things to try? TIA guys

My ex partner had a similar issue where his erection curved up and back almost touching his stomach resembled a handle which made slot of sexual positions difficult dr said surgery could help but might cause other problems and as it didn't cause any pain or discomfort he left it as it was I thought it looked great
He told me that dr had said that the ligature in his pubic area could be cut to release the pressure of the high erection but said if he hadn't got any issues why do it . And also I don't think my ex wanted surgery on his penis
