How to get the gauge that sticks on penis skin

It's my 1st week after my circumcision but still i didn't get the gauge that stick on my penis skin and it's bleeding also now it has a bad smell what should i do?

or by yourself, you can try to soak it first with sterile water, after getting it off, do the usual proper wound care.

Yeah , you have to maintain sterile conditions while dressing your wound site if you are doing it by yourself . So would suggest you to first call up your doc and let him decide for you if you just need to remove or need a redressing . Then either way you can make your way to the nearest clinic and hospital and get it changed if need be . Also don't keep it for too long if it's smelling and contains blood as they help in the growth of microbes . So would suggest you to get it changed by health personnel . Cheers and take care !
