HELP. This happened a couple of days before. I'm having a little pain sometimes. My penis foreskin is not shifting to the head. I'm really worried. Im a 21 y/o Male.

First of all I’m not a Doctor however.

I would get yourself down the Hospital. If your foreskin is stuck and can’t be pulled back. Looks like your head has reduced colour/blood supply.

I think you need to visit GP/ER/hospital to get help on paraphimosis.

Definitely looks like paraphimosis . The Swelling will continue to increase and blood supply to the head will be cut off. The longer you wait the more the irreversible damage. If I were you I would be calling an ambulance if it's too painful or making my way to the emergency by now .

I hope that you have now got yourself to an Accident and Emergency Department or an Emergency Room at a hospital.

Better to go to the ER than the doctor. The doctor will just tell you to go to the ER instead.

Tbh that's an emergency, better to get that sorted out asap. You'll be wasting valuable time if you go to the doc.

To me the lack of blood flow to the tip looks bad and serious, if I were you I'd head to the Emergency department of the hospital asap. Don't wait until tomorrow for anything.
