How to ease the urge to masturbate post-circumcision

Hey guys, Im 18 and got circumcised 12 days ago. I haven't jerked off in that time and Im getting constant erections that I cannot control. No stitches have ripped or anything but its so difficult to control the urge. Any advice? Thanks.

When you get an erection just walk around for a bit and it should go away within about 30 seconds. It’s advised not to masturbate until about after 6 weeks. You wouldn’t wanna rip any of the stitches and have to get re stitched (this will just delay the healing process)

It’s hard to resist the urge but not impossible. You got this man. Good luck!

Also don’t drink too much liquid before bed, and try to pee right before bed!
