As long as your penis doesn’t get hard as you give your wife oral sex.I would suggest you don’t go that far.Wait till 6 weeks is done.

I’d say give it at least 1-2 more weeks to give oral only. After 6 weeks total you could probably resume regular sex. Go slow and easy at first, maybe even use some water based lube or condom for less tension and friction

There is nothing to stop you orally pleasuring your wife after you've been circumcised, except that you might give yourself too strong an erection that could be very uncomfortable.

She should not fellate you for at least another 2-3 weeks. It could be quite uncomfortable for her to have your stitches poking into her mouth (but they should be removed after 14 days anyway to avoid 'stitch tunnels' from forming). You would almost certainly be aroused too much and that could cause the wound to open.

There is a risk of getting infection in your wound until it has had some time longer to heal and seal up fully.

When you do resume normal sex (4-6 weeks at least), be sure to wear a condom for several weeks to protect the newly formed skin from abrasion.
