Hey! I have tight foreskin which has a really small opening from the top. It is almost fine when my penis is placid. But when it gets hard, it becomes really tight and makes it difficult for the penis to come to its full size. Today after erection, the foreskin became red in colour from the top. And opening size of the foreskin, today, seemed to be really small... I'm 19yrs old. I live with my parents and it's really difficult for to talk about thos until and unless I'm sure that I've a problem. So please help me

Hi Man, sorry but yes, you do have a problem. Sometimes the hole can be stretched using steroid creme from your doc but your's sounds quite severe and you may need circumcising. Can you pull the foreskin back when your dick is soft?

I had the same thing with having a tight foreskin to the point it Smegma started building up. they gave me steroid cream to apply to stretch it out but it wasn’t working for me and I had to get circumcised. If your feel embarrassed about talking about it’s okay I was the same way it’s better to let them know before anything worse happens
