Sore penis head

I’ve always had a sore penis head. When i was younger i didn’t clean my penis properly (20 now) and when i masturbated I didn’t lubricate. My penis has become less sore over the years, but it is really dry. Now i can have sex if we’ll lubricated, but sometimes it can be uncomfortable and will most likely be sore after. Is there anything I can do to soothe it’s soreness? Cheers

You could try using something h to moisturise your glans and see if that helps. Speak to your doctor to get an appropriate cream to use.
