Are there other men with anorgasmia?

I've been living with anorgasmia for 9 years. Getting help is difficult. I brought this up with my urologist and there hasn't been any solutions yet. When I talked about this recently, I was told many men are dealing with difficultly with orgasm. However, my situation is most troubling. I can't orgasm even if I masturbated. I just want to feel relief.
