Post op day 19. Some parts healed whiles the left side a little bit opened with a suture popping out. Am worried, is it healing well?

I hav been having painful nocturnal erection which makes sleeping at night uncomfortable. Oil seen around the cut line is Vaseline after Washing with soap and warm salty water.

Hi, you still have a open wound it is healing slowly you should keep an eye on it. if you are worried consult with your GP. The Night-Time erections can be a problem if you sleep in the fetal position this will help make sure and go to the bathroom before bed and don't drink too much at night. You could support the world with some stereo strips. The main thing is to keep it clean using some salted water is a good idea.

Thanks....much grateful. Is it good to dress it with normal saline and cover it with Vaseline gauze ?

Yes it's good to wash with saline or salted water. I would prefer leaving the wound to dry out instead of using Vaseline but some believe in Keeping a wound moist it heals better? I would definitely cover it with some dressing to keep it clean if it sticks to the wound use some non adherent dressing first and then some gauze dressing
