Seems like my foreskin is inflammed from rough sex a couple months ago. I have no problems pulling it all the way back flaccid but the tip of the foreskin is where it seems to be inflammed and when im fully erect it doesnt come over the glands as easy as before. Its like parts of my foreskin fused together slightly shortening the length and width of my foreskin as i can see these marks pulling my frenulum to the left side rather than staying put down the middle. Is my foreakin scarred and will it ever heal? Smegma also builds up alot faster under my foreskin than before, i suppose cause my foreskin is a lil more snug to my penis now. I also have a hard time trying to look online for foreskin conditions as with things like posthitis and others a like i dont have any relating symptoms beside my foreskin being tighter.

Hey Man, it sounds like you have some inflammation and possibly some scarring. do you have any pale coloured skin on your inner foreskin around your frenulum especially. You should consult with your doctor they may give you some steroid cream which would help to loosen it up with some stretching.
A doctor is best placed to see if you have damaged your penis or have some other issue going on.
Hey Mam, sounds like what is happening to me! I’ve had the problem for about two months now, so I went to the doctor, he prescribed me an antifungal (Clotrimazole/betamethasone) which helped a lot, however, skin was still shiny and red. So I talked to my doctor today and he suggested circumcision, I refuse so asked for Mupirocin ointment or cream to see if that helps. Fingers crossed! Good luck on your search for cure!
