Sounds like its mixing the two. Usually when doing one or the other it cuts off the flow..so that they dont mix. Something may be wrong with the tubes that carry you liquid.

I've only had a problem like that if I played with myself for such a long time that I had to urinate. It would mix just a little..still being hard..but the cum would stop and it would sting a bit but the urine would take over and finish.
