I got circumcised 3 months back..everything went well but I am just facing one issue after sex or masturbate every time that a portion of my glans skin gets irritated with some redness and pain that I cant even touch it and it hurts on contact with underwear. I have to then wait for 3-4 days for it to return to normal but if I again get into any sexual activity.. the situation again persists. Kindly advise any solution.

It might be worthwhile going to a doctor or a sexual health clinic when you have the irritation.
