Hi chaps, after some advice from anyone who has suffered from bxo. I was circumcised 7 weeks ago which dealt white the majority of the issue. However I went back to the dr and he has given me some steroid cream to use for 6 weeks to try and remove the scaring on my head and what’s left of my frenulum.
You can see it clearly in my photo.
My question is, has anyone had any success with this, or know of. Any other treatments? Thanks in advance.

Try extra virgin unrefined organic coconut oil. Make sure you put this on continuously. Since they removed the majority of your frenulum, please make sure to regularly put the coconut oil in this area to help maintain sensitivity as much as possible. In addition coconut oil has great uses in fighting infection and keeping skin healthy, which includes: anti-bacterial and anti-fungal actions.
Also avoid steroid cream as much as possible because continued use will thin out the skin.
Hi Man, I think that's a big improvement you do have some discoloration there still but it may not all be from LS where your frenulum was. it can be some scarring From the removal of your frenulum. I would still have some scarring There still And I would still have some discoloration on my glans but it's very faint.
At this stage now I would return to your doctor for a follow up And see what they think maybe you will need some more time with the steroid cream you may not get Rid of all the discoloration It's something he will have to keep an eye on. You seem to be cut High Would your glans be fully exposed All of the time? Even when you are flaccid.
It is important that Your glans are exposed after having BXO. hopefully it will improve in time. I would go back to your doctor just for a check-up and asked about the steroid cream How long you should use it for?
