Phimosis?

Idk if i have phimosis or something but my foreskin will go back and stop by the middle of the head (while flaccid) and barely retract (while erect)

Also it looks as if there is a vein stopping it but im not sure.

You have a lot of inflammation of the foreskin. Try using extra virgin organic unrefined coconut oil. Just put it everywhere on your penis. Your foreskin does not look tight at all. I believe you have some preputial adhesions, which is causing you to not be able to retract your foreskin. If this doesn’t work then go see a doctor who can prescribe steroid cream to break the adhesions down.

Hey Man, it looks very inflamed And quite irritated. It looks like you have balanitis can you clean under the foreskin at all It is important That you are able to do this. I think you should go to your GP and get checked the vein that you have has it always been like that you should definitely have it checked. It probably is not helping with your phimosis.

I agree with MrMac99 . you need to get to a doctor to see what exactly is going on. You could have various issues and each will require a different medical approach.
