Penis problems after masturbation

After I masturbate the next day some kind of discharge is under my foreskin and it smells and the day after that my penis glans becomes sensitive, some red spots appear, its sticky and dry. Because of this I need to wait for about a week to masturbate again. It causes some discomfort and sometimes its itchy.

Is it a greenish/clumpy substance? Cause irritation and make your foreskin sore? If so, this sounds like it could be Balanitis.

Its like white-ish, I tryed going to the shower right after masturbation and cleaning my penis and none of the things I had said showed up a day after. I have googled before and came across a guy with I think the same problem and some people said it could be because semen dries into your glans.

Wow I had this from a circumcision adhesion that broke apart. It was like greenish blueish particle. Once it broke apart, it never came back. There was also an odor.
