I understand that where the stitch is there will be swelling, but the surrounding area would that also swell? As you can see in pic the sides are little swollen
What do think any tips feedback or suggestions
I am applying pure coconut oil everyday after shower as bio oil when applied makes my glans inflamed as if it’s allergic to it
Also how long will it take for me to be able to wrap around a towel without undies after shower and walk without irritation of penis tip to the towel ?
Thanks in advance

I had a loose circumcision done in Sept 2019 but at that time the frenulum was on cut and restiched (Done by general surgeon as I was not aware of who is good and whom should I go to)
Then I started getting pains at the frenulum while walking and also intercourse was a little painful so I went to a proper urologist who has been practicing for 20+ years
I told the urologist that I felt my first circumcision was loose and frenulum was painful
He suggested after two times visiting him that don’t cut any more skin as I am a grower but he said we will remove the frenulum and he did that 2 weeks ago (Under General Anasthesia) and after removing it he put 5 stitches of which only 1 remains and looking at it I am feeling it will come off anytime in 1-2 days as it’s getting dry and smaller
After the second surgery of frenulum removal I am not having that tugging pain of before and feel more comfortable but only pain I have is the frenulum area is tender and when it rubs to the other inner skin feels little painful
All the discomfort that is left is under the glans and a straight line area under the Meatus to the end of inner foreskin which is the Old frenulum area
So I am only hoping that in about next 2 weeks I can be much better and all this tenderness goes and any rubbing of skin to skin does not give me discomfort
Thanks for your reply Cirkdone
I really appreciate your response and see your replies on this forum it’s very helpful
From anything I have shared above if you have any other suggestion or feedback on my recovery please let me know
