How to stretch frenulum post scar

I had a tear on my frenulum and it has healed but scarred. As a consequence when erect, the foreskin does not rollback behind the glans without pulling the foreskin to do so (it will only roll halfway). There is no pain, just what seems to be less elasticity before. My doctor said this to be the case when I consulted him and he said to do some stretching to fix this issue. What stretches are the best to do? What time frame and I looking at to fix this? The cut was almost negligible and it did not bleed or even hurt that bad yet somehow it has limited the elasticity. It has been this way for almost 3 months now. I also have coconut oil to aid. Thanks.

Unfortunately all scar tissue has less elasticity than before the injury/surgery. You could ask for steroid creme that thins the scar tissue from your doc.

Hi unfortunately the frenulum can be difficult to stretch but keep trying if you doctor can give you some steroid cream this would help. You are at risk of having it tearing again if it continues to be a problem a frenuloplasty would be your best option then. wikihow.fitness/Do-Phimosis...

Would hydrocortisone 1% be sufficient?

Your doctor would be best to advise you on the best tips of steroid cream to use they may prescribe something like betnovate.

The doctor told me that moisturiser (I used coconut oil) is sufficient enough to stretch

Yes using moisturisers and in a hot shower or bat will also help it's much like stretching for phimosis. But you have been like this for 3 months now I believe. I would go back to your doctor they may prescribe a suitable steroid cream which would help.

I've only tried stretching for a couple days so will do so if I see no changes
