I now gone for my second revision. I'm very pleased with the results. In previous posts I commented that I had excess skin bunching up when I was flaccid. This is no longer an issue.
This is day 7 since the revision.
The lead up to the operation caused my anxiety to go through the roof, but with some lavender essential oil and some yoga before hand I made it. I'm glad that I did it, even if it did hurt a bit when they were cutting the 0.7-1cm piece of skin off.
I'll post updates to show the healing process for those that are looking to get it done.
My biggest advice for those considering it are to go into your doctor knowing exactly what look you want and tell them what you want during the interview and then again while you're on the operating table. Use examples and be descriptive. I told my doctor that I didn't want any more bunching against my glans and that I wanted it to be tight with little to no movement when erect.

Hey James95. I live in Canada and simply Googled "adult circumcision" in my area. Three doctors showed up on my google map and I sent them all an email with what I was looking for. After the responses came in I researched reviews and then decided with my number one choice, who ended up being super cheap too. He gave me exactly what I was looking.
I would be interested to hear about your circumcision doctor in Toronto, how was your experience with him and just any feedback you might have
Hey CutMike51. Thanks for your message. My experience with Dr. Bahrami was a very positive one. He performed my third (and final, thankfully) circumcision. I met with him in his office for a consultation and we discussed my wishes. He then did a quick examination and talked to me about the pros and (mostly) cons of performing re-circumcision. I was then able to book my procedure date with the receptionist.
I was given detailed instructions on preparing for the procedure to make it more comfortable, which did make things a bit easier. The doctor has a colleague assist him in the procedure, at which point the colleague discussed with me the issues with a re-circumcision. I re-iterated exactly what I wanted. I was able to speak with the doctors throughout the procedure (but not see). I told them when things got uncomfortable (painful) for me and they added more numbing agent.
At the end of it all they showed me what they removed (which to be quite honest didn't look like a lot, but in hindsight was probably close to 7-8mm of width (on average). I was given a prescription and sent home to rest. I was told to go back a few days later to have the bandage removed. (I removed the bandage most of the way prior to attending that appointment to lessen the discomfort of having someone else just pull the blood soaked bandage off - I did put it back on to allow the doctor to officially remove the bandage).
Overall I would give my overall experience a 5/5. He listened to me and gave me professional feedback on everything that I discussed and I have (in my opinion) exactly what I initially set out to have.

HELP! 7 Days post after Circumcision :(
Day 7 of circumcision and swelling and amount of skin removed might be less. 
Just circumcised 7 days ago. Painful erections and stitches stabbing my penis and very annoying.
