Hi, I am 40 years old and 8 days ago due to medical reasons I had a Circumcision. It now looks like my penis has disappeared!! I am getting erections at night time but they are a lot smaller than they used to be.
I’m terrified something has gone wrong, please excuse my ignorance but I was given little advice by the Dr and have suffered with mental health issues in the past and this is worrying me a lot.

A picture would be useful, but based on what you said, you have nothing to worry about. As a result of your foreskin being removed, your penis is being pulled closer to the based and hence a small portion of it which is normally exposed is now buried in your pelvis. With time, the skin of your shaft will stretch and the size/length of your erections will return to normal. If you google a picture about penil anatomy, you will see that the base of your penis actually starts deep down in your pelvis where your prostate is. So don’t worry, it is all still there, but the tight skin has just temporarily pulled it inwards a bit.
