This is untrue and not helpful. The OP is enquiring about possible problems and not aesthetics. I have not heard of any particular problems related to a partial circumcision.

Sorry man, was just a joke and a quote that amused me. I was contemplating going partial myself at one point but after a bit of research am opting for a full circ in 4 weeks. Just my preference. There can be some slight complications with partial from what I've read, but slim. But everyone's anatomy is different. Worth reading up but totally a choice he has to come to. Peace bro!

It would still make it easier to clean though. The urethra is what makes it unclean because this is where the discharge comes from. So with the urethra exposed at all times, this will make it cleaner.

Also how do you know what the difference in sensation would feel like? For example if all the sensitive tissue is preserved, but all outer foreskin is removed. This would leave the shaft skin intact. What would be wrong with this circumcision?

Absolutely no problems after my partial circ 👌🏻

Literally the only negative I can say is not if I’m carrying something in against my torso or accidentally rub my crotch off a surface then what’s left of foreskin retracts and it’s slightly annoying
