Circumcised about 15 months ago ,too much skin was cut off how can I restore the length lost? Picture was before circumcision check past posts for after circumcision

Have you tried bio oil, coconut oil? Also try jelqing.

If you believe you have lost an unacceptable amount of visible penis length and it is not returning over time you will need to see your doc/a surgeon to discuss possible rectifying surgery. You are not alone in having this problem.
