I had unprotected sex last December 14, 2019 (I’m a Top; bisexual), and on December 16, I had a friend gave a blowjob to me. When I went home to take a bath, I noticed that there are some pink spots in my penis. I went to the doctor on December 17 and she thinks that it might be Balanitis Circinata. Today is December 19, and I still see no results or improvement. I had labial herpes a week before, around December 14, and an infection in my third molars. I never had genital herpes. The doctor made it clear that it is not genital herpes. I will have my blood test on January, since I will be out of the country this Christmas and New Year.
The doctor recommended me to apply some canesten or anti fungal cream. I apply it 3 times a day for every 8 hours. I’m circumsized but there are some folds near the corona or head of my penis. I clean my penis with Sanex shower gel and lukewarm to room temp water.
About the pink spots, it doesn’t itch, it doesn’t have a pus or any white stuff BUT sometimes I feel it tingling or "moving". I currently have a partner who I have an open relationship with. I'm afraid that I might pass this to him. Can I still kiss him on the lips or at least masturbate while having Balanitis Circinata?
The first pictures on the top left is what my penis normal looks like, and the remaining three are pictures of the spots.
Can someone help me? I'm getting paranoid.

The human mouth is seething with germs just waiting for a way out. It could be that your 'blow job' was a little harsher than you thought, but it would take a day or more to show any symptons. Were you honest with your Doctor about this?
Yup, I have been totally 100% honest to my doctor. I have told the medical people my complete sex life. I just went to the hospital and they took my blood for testing. They are not sure what I have but they still have me Doxycycline.
In the first instance I would always be considering syphilis. Have they tested for that ? A sexual health clinic would not usually give out doxycycline without a definite diagnosis . Oral sex can transmit syphilis.
I finished the doxycycline for 14 days 100mg from December 21 to January 4. I received my results back on January 7. My results, blood and swab in the mouth/tip of penis) were negative with everything (HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis B and C). I still don’t know why they gave me Doxycycline that night, I guess to prevent any infection from happening?
Also, was it too early for me to have the blood test? The two recent unprotected sex were Nov 28 and December 14 (these were dumb decisions). I don’t know what kinds of test were used. I’m currently here in Spain and I tried to research what tests do they use in the public health center but there are a lot of mixed answers.
