It looks to be healing in that the skin is knitting together without infection, but the shape doesn’t look right to me. There appears to be surplus skin underneath. It may reduce in time. I’d give it another couple of weeks and if it doesn’t improve go back your surgeon for an opinion ( bearing in mind they tend to fob people off rather than own up to mistakes).
