4 months after circumcision

Hello! I had my circumcision 4 months ago due to reoccurring balanitis and phimosis

Bumps are going down and smoothing out, and skins look to be stretching. The issue is my new exposed skin still feels irritated, and feels like it is burning and itches. Wondering if this has happened to others? I took an STD/HIV test and everything came back negative. Wondering if this part of the healing process or something a urologist should look into. It hurts quite a bit after masturbating. Any advice would be awesome
