I’m 10 days post circumcision. I’m wondering if soaking in salt water is decent idea... some stitches are there still. And I’m think that the soaking (and showering after) is okay.

Salt water soak
Yes it’s a very good idea. Do epsom sat soak 3x a day for 10-15 min each time for the next two weeks.
is regular salt okay? No epsom at the moment but I’ll get some on my next outing

Yup Epsom salt is good, because it is magnesium sulphate and not sodium, it's not salty and not so harsh to your wound.
there's lots online about how epsom salts are good for open wounds, in my case i felt it did more harm than good. The water visibly softened the stitches, even though, as some one has pointed out here, it's the bodies own fluids that should dissolve them. I lost some stitches which opened my wound around the frenelum area and i'm sure delayed my healing. This might have partly been due to night time erections but i don't think the baths helped, i could see bits of stitches floating away in the bath!
My experience was keeping it dry in the first few weeks was preferable. I am now having some salt baths as i feel the stitches have done their job and i'm confident in soaking the wound which is mainly scab now anyway (4.5wks post op)
