had extreme pinhole phimosis, cut 12 days ago. All gone well, now stitches are dissolving one side underneath looks likes it coming apart to me, does it need a restitch? Thoughts any one? Really feels like it’s coming apart on one side this normal?

I would recommend you to give a call to your doctor. Doesnt seem a serious thing to me. If you smell bad at that area then definently go for a visit. But other than that just apply some anti-biotic ointment.

Thanks, no smell so assume no infection in there. Called hospital where it was done before posting here but no ones got back to me 😢

Hi, just keep an eye on it they don't usually restitch it, if it does come apart it will heal on its own with secondary wound healing you should consult your doctor if you are concerned. your stitches should start to loosen now. you look to have a very low cut with no inner foreskin?

Yeah it's where the skin builds itself back up in between the two open edges of the wound healing by secondary intention. you may see a yellowy substance before it scabs over this is the healing process of the skin. but if you are concerned about it or infection you should consult your doctor.

No sensitivity issues with the penis glans after the operation?

Yes, but not anything too hectic. Can’t wear jeans but light fabrics round back of head is still sensitive but not anything like hypersensitivity

I’m on day 14 and I’m still scared to touch my glans. They probably might not hurt as much maybe I should just go for it and touch them or try the underwear. I have to be brave lol
