No libido and no sensitivity

In 2016 I started doing kegel exercices for my penis, and my sensitivity droped to the ground.Now i feel something but it's not that pleasant.What should i do,to make things normal again?b.t.w I'm 20 years old.Thanks for responting

Thx for responting and helping.My guess is that i may have a problem with my urethra because i feel the need to pee every hour and most of the times i feel an thitnees in the head of the penis.If you find the time to respond and tell me what do you think,you'l be helping me tremendously thx for your support and god blees you.
