Looks pretty nice to me. Regarding size loss-you’ll notice that there is a restriction at the cut line. That will tend to keep you from reaching full length until that area stretches out some. Im 4.5 months post op and while not nearly as big as you, im getting back to the “before “ length. Patience good sir! It will happen.

Hi, looking good it is quite tight around here scar that will restrict your size good he's will stretch out and eventually if you use some bio oil or coconut oil and massages in everyday eventually it should stretch the scar and soften it. It could take several months and even up to a year before everything feels normal again.
