Low sperm volume

Just need some advice as my doctor doesn't know. I had a really healthy sex life with my female partner 12 months ago until I got knocked off my road bike and hit the deck with some force. I had a pile lump come up which was very dark in colour. My doctor advised me to use a cream and it disappeared after a week but my sperm amount was reduced by around 3/4 of the amount before the incident. My ejaculation now is hardly anything and it has made me not want sex I just cant get my head around it. I visited my doctor and he said it may be a rupture that would right itself but with no luck. I have a large amount of veins on the back of my testicles which the medics say are normal and not to worry. I had these before the incident by the way. I talk to my partner and she is all ears and says not to worry but I do. I feel less of a man now as my sperm amount is nothing like before. Would be grateful any advice.

Have you done a sperm sample i take it you have try wellmen conception see if that does the trick puts vitamins and goodness into your sperm but get doctors advice first

Thx for your reply .... it's the amount of sperm I ejaculate its dropped by 3/4 I just don't know why. Doctor says a teaspoon is the normal amount which I have now but before it was a crazy amount and I dont know why its dropped.

Maybe your body changes have you increased masturbation or sex with your partner cause that could reduce the amount what comes out the end cause it happens to me if i haven't had sex for about a week a load comes shooting out but if i have sex every day a tea spoon amount comes out
