Painful ejaculation.

Hey guys, so I was circumcised 4 weeks ago today, I've posted a few times. My original reason for the circ was complete phimosis and having a burning feeling in my penis when urinating and ejaculating, most of the time. If I came or peed with the skin completely covering it wasn't so bad, but if happened to masturbate and pull the skin back a little or if stopped right before climaxing and i came it would always hurt some and then burn some after for hours to a day... last night I had a wet dream and woke up mid ejaculation and it hurt, still hurts today throughout the urethra. I'm sure it is difficult to understand, bc its difficult for me to even explain. But, pretty much if I cum without my urethra opening being covered, I have pain... and always have my entire life. Does anyone have a similar experience?

I've never heard of off balance sperm ph! Not sure how to go about that, but worth mentioning to my Dr. That link brought me to info on semen allergies in women. 🤷‍♂️

Ahh well the problem is just with me and discomfort when I ejaculate even with masturbation, and I'm gay so no issue with vaginas. Haha

I'm not sure yet, I dont have phimosis anymore. That means no more foreskin tears or infections, which is good. But, I don't think it fixed my problem of painful urination and ejaculation, which my Dr thought would happen.

Four weeks is still early to be having erections, your pain could be due to not having enough recovery time .

I was having erections the day after, especially at night. 😢 I really hope in a few more weeks it gets better, but I may have something else going that a circumcision didn't fix, unfortunately.
