Id leave it as it is looks perfect with extra skin on the end i wished i never had circumcisions. Looks ugly once its been done

Circedandlovingit profile image
Circedandlovingit in reply toRhino03z

All circumcised penises must look ugly to you. Get over it. Maybe he would like it to look differently. What is wrong with that?

timmyboy20 profile image
timmyboy20

It would definitely gonna look nicer. The head would be freed of the skin and nice and big!

in reply totimmyboy20

The head would, in reality, be no bigger. It might appear that way but circumcision removes rather than adding.

techie211 in reply to

Not so in my case

in reply totechie211

I cannot find any medical evidence that circumcision will increase the size of any part of the penis.

techie211 profile image
techie211 in reply to

That’s good you didn’t because if you did you’d be the first to jump on that bandwagon

in reply totechie211

But I have to ask the question - is there any evidence? How does it happen?

techie211 profile image
techie211 in reply to

I’m no dr but from what I can guess is since the penis increases in size due to blood flow/circulation the girth increases because it has “less to travel” without the extra skin. Therefore the thickness increases. Not talking about length..girth. All I know is my new toy is thicker 24/7.

in reply totechie211

And why would the blood circulation increase just because you have had your foreskin removed? Circumcision does nothing to alter the circulation in the penis. Many people have post op swelling but permanent girth increase sounds like wishful thinking and is without medical foundation.

Hi Dan. Totally up to you of course, but I think circumcision is a wonderful procedure. I was circumcised as a baby and grew up being very happy with it. I elected to have a second circumcision when I was 20 together with a frenulectomy. I had it cut very tight and I now have no skin movement at all. I love it. It was an easy decision for my partner and I to have our sons tightly circumcised. They are now 16 and 12 and love being circumcised. Good luck with whatever you choose.

Thanks for the advise, i'm seriously considering it, what style should i go for? and wheres the best clinic? there's so many around London but i i'm not sure which one is the best

in reply toDanMan93

The doctor who circumcised my sons retired a few years ago - shame, he was excellent. I’m sure others on here can recommend a good circumciser. Style is a personal choice, but my boys and I are all very tightly circumcised. We have no skin movement at all. Certainly I think it looks best if the glans penis is always exposed. I think that high circumcision is probably best - the boys circumcisions are high, mine is quite high. And I became more sensitive after having my frenulum removed and the boys are very happy without their frenulums, but again that’s your choice. Lots to think about. Just make sure that you tell the doctor exactly how you’d like to be circumcised. Good luck.

Hi Dan, if you decide to have it done having the glue seems to give really good results if you're from London Dr Khan he does really good results from some of the other guy's on the forum

Women love a clean penis. I know from experience. They enjoy it more so therefore you enjoy it more

You need to

Great looking penis you have. With one that big and attractive, you should definitely get circumcised! Free the glans from all that restrictive skin, and really start enjoying it! I hope you make the right decision, and are not influenced by the anti-circumcision trolls who come here.

in reply toCircedandlovingit

In what way is the skin restrictive outside of phimosis? Do you actually k ow why the penis has a foreskin?

Circedandlovingit profile image
Circedandlovingit in reply to

For one it can get in the way during sex. Another thing it doesn't allow the the glans to be exposed to air which feel nice. For me, it always felt as though the skin had a strangle hold on the glans. We have a foreskin because at one time, humans lived in the wilderness where the glans needed protection from things like tree branches and bushes. Also in the womb the glans needs protection.

in reply toCircedandlovingit

An interesting take on the need for a foreskin. It is also needed to protect the sensitive glans when not having sex from unwanted stimulation. It has never caused any issues for me and sex. It covers and uncovers at appropriate times.

Circedandlovingit profile image
Circedandlovingit in reply to

Many circumcised men love the "unwanted" stimulation, I know I do! The intactivists are always saying how circumcision decreases pleasure and sensitivity. I feel that it adds to it. I love having the exposed glans rubbing on everything it comes in contact with!

in reply toCircedandlovingit

I am happy that a very sensitive glans that has not been keratinised and to have the nerve tissue in my foreskin. My glans is uncovered whenever it needs to be as I do not have phimosis or paraphimosis. I would certainly not enjoy the very sensitive glans or inner foreskin constantly rubbing against all and sundry while at work etc. That would give me an erection that is not appropriate or needed.

timmyboy20 profile image
timmyboy20 in reply toCircedandlovingit

That's also my experience! I couldn't agree more!!

That's an anti-circumcision site, run by foreskin fetishists giving out false information.

in reply toCircedandlovingit

What false information is the site giving out?

timmyboy20 profile image
timmyboy20 in reply to

I'm afraid that almost everything they write is either false or is only half true. It's so biased!

in reply totimmyboy20

I am still not sure what you mean. I have had a look at the site and, although it has a particular message, I see no evidence of false information.

timmyboy20 profile image
timmyboy20 in reply to

I don't want to refute everything here and now, but if you only look at the second paragraph this is written:

"The effect of an exposed glans and resulting keratinization on human sexual response has never been studied. Increasing reports by circumcised men indicate that keratinization causes a loss of sexual sensation, pleasure and fulfillment".

That's a lie! There have been several studies done about the so called keratinization of the glans and all of them concluded that circumcised men didn't feel less than their uncircumcised fellows. If you look you can find these studies published on the internet.

That's one of the many lies!

If you want to do it, go for it.

Go for it.

I haven’t regretted my decision.

Obviously it’s something you can’t change so do your research and find a reputable clinic.

Have you looked into the “Thornhill Clinic”? I would highly recommend their services.

I love the look just the way it is. If it were mine, I would not alter it.

With regard to a couple of posts above, circumcision can definitely sometimes make the glans penis bigger. Mine definitely flared out after my second circumcision. My sons’ glans penises are noticeably large. Not saying that it’s guaranteed to happen but it certainly does sometimes.

And please don’t worry about sensitivity. Yes there’s a chance that you’ll lose a little bit but that will only help you last longer. Your partners are going to love that!

I think a circumcision sould be awesome for your penis . It would look very appealing plus you would be extremely clean and avoid future bacterial infections and STDs , most important no more weird smells due to sweating and precum

"Intactivists and mental illness" is new topic I just posted to explain people like you coming here and spreading lies like this. You're the one in denial about something.

After having my Circ' due to medical reasons I cannot see why anyone would go for it voluntarily ?

But you need to make your own choice, do lots of research.

Once it gone. It gone !

Once it's done, the intactivists can't stop it, nor take it away.

Well, are you circumcised? Can you tell based on your own experience or is it just something you read somewhere? I’m not trying to defend circumcision here, but really it’s not a big deal at all... it’s not your arm or leg. It’s just a piece of skin. Many people keep foreskin permanently retracted. Also, a friend of mine has a super short foreskin and his head got almos entirely exposed over time... and he doesn’t complain about any sensitivity loss and certainly doesn’t have any emotional issues.

If someone needs this due to a medical reason, they will get it done and your horror stories about amputation will only make it worse. If someone wants this for a cosmetic reason, they won’t care whether you like it or not. Just saying. :)

Canadian intactivists. The termites seem to be spreading!

Are you a troll?

Fantastic. I’m sure you’ll enjoy your penis even more when you’re circumcised.

Congratulations on your decision! You won't regret having it done!

The intactivists have said many outrageous things. Just when I thought I'd heard them all, they go one better! Yes, all circumcised men are in denial about our "loss."

it's in the eyes of the beholder, to me, either way is good

Circumcision will continue, and it has science on it's side.

Ridiculous! If this were true, millions of circumcised men would be in mental hospitals and committing suicide because of they circumcised. It's the intactivists with the mental issues. A lot of the male intactivists are sexually dysfunctional, or have other emotional problems that have nothing to do with being circumcised. Many of them hate their parents, and being circumcised at birth gives them an excuse for it.

More ridiculous nonsense, with no science to back it up. I'm waiting to see if the intactivists can top this one, with something even more outlandish. The intactivists are the ones trying to cause the grief, by telling circumcised men here, things like half of their penis has been "cut off."

"Emotional healing." Sounds very touching, like dealing with a death in the family. Intactivists want circumcised men to feel bad, to help further their movement. Intacivism is like a contagious disease being spread around.

timmyboy20 profile image
timmyboy20 in reply toCircedandlovingit

It's like a sect!

I’m going to try and be very polite here because I respect your general views even if I disagree with them, and I accept that you have the right to express them. However I feel that your comment regarding the ‘betterment of humanity’ is, let us say, misguided. My parents had me circumcised as a baby and I have always been happy with it. My partner and I had our two sons circumcised as babies and they are totally happy with it. They have both expressed in public how privileged they feel to be circumcised, especially in a country where it is rare. My eldest child, Luke is 16 and has recently said (in a public discussion with other parents and young adults) that he will have his children circumcised. My children may be just one small part of humanity, but they are as important a part as any other part, and I am totally convinced that my partner and I have contributed to bettering this one small part by having them circumcised.

Let’s get this straight. I am not traumatised. My sons are not traumatised. We are all very happy being circumcised. You have a right to state accurate facts about potential risks of circumcision but you do not have a right to talk rubbish about my family.

timmyboy20 profile image
timmyboy20

Do you have a mental disorder? The man says that he LOVES being circumcised! So he doesn't feel bad at all!!

wm27 profile image
wm27 in reply totimmyboy20

Hey, I really do believe it might be some kind of mental issue, otherwise I can’t understand why would someone keep spending all their time trying to talk guys out of getting cut. It’s a nonsense - betterment of the society? There are environmental issues, for example. Focus on that!

If I had to be cut due to a medical issue and someone told me I was mutilated, that’s what would I need to cope with. Not the loss of foreskin.

in reply towm27

So agree. Very sensible.

It's the intactivists making these circumcised men feel bad, causing problems. There was a suicide by a frustrated intactivist unable to put an end to circumcision.

Incidentally, it was actually my partner who first said that it would be good to have our sons circumcised, and I’m pretty damn sure that she hasn’t been traumatised by circumcision.

Intactivists are always coming up with some new type of syndrome, or condition to attack circumcision with. What will the next one be?

If there even is any truth to PTSD being attributable to circumcision, which is highly questionable at best, what does that have to do with anyone here? Circumcisions in the Philippines are done to 8 and 9 year old boys, in a ware house environment, all at the same time, and not by trained professionals in most cases.

Will you be able to top it with something even more outrageous?

I think your penis looks beautiful. I think in your case you shouldn't get circumcised, but if you are going to do it, then I would do a high and loose circumcision, keeping the frenulum intact.

It looks really good to me, if you don’t have problems exposing the head I won’t recommend circumcise, sometimes the results are not as you expected.

You can read my posts regards cosmetic circumcision. I did it, so I know more about it anyone else here. I'm fucking enjoying my glans without a foreskin.

jimfromcalif profile image

Leave it alone.

Do what you want to do mate. I decided to have a circumcision after many years thinking about it. I can honestly say the difference in terms of sensitivity is marginal to me. Masterbation is different but not in a bad way. I think it looks better, sex is great and my wife loves it. A lot cleaner too. That said, you may get it done and regret it. It's a personal decision so do what you think is right. Life's too short!

MrMac99 profile image

I think I would prefer the glue but it's just my opinion. any results I've seen from Dr Khan's clinic are very good.

I wouldn’t put the question out there for other people to answer. I think the question is do you want to be circumcised because it’s your body it really doesn’t matter what other people think. Ultimately it’s your decision.

Ire_cali profile image

I did. But that's me.

Suicide prevention, intactvist style. If you are circumcised, foreskin restoration is the only way you can prevent yourself from commuting suicide. How do we know? The intactivists said so!

What you do is your choise. Your body your choise. As far as I know my foreskin protects the glans keeping it sensitive. I dont see how it would not reduce the feeling after beeing cut. Unles you like to last longer than this can be positive.

Circumcision seems stupid to me. Foreskin is fun! And I m shocked to reed in the below comments how big a deal it is in USA. I would never even think of doing this to my son thats just pure child abuse. Babies dont remember the pain seiously? thats just gross. Hug and nurture your children dont hurt them.
