I had this for few months now and keeps coming back , sometimes dissapear and then comes back again .

It has no cure , all you can do is surpress the virus with the medication i specified .

Then you will have no symptoms anymore , that will dissapear from your penis head .

Then you need to take care of your immune system.as herpes comes back when your immune system is low , they are called herpetic episodes or outbreaks . Like the outbreak on your lips during the wintern. Thats oral Herpes .

It was first seen when I had my circumcision in February,2019 , then it dissapear for a while .

And it's been months now it's there, not disappearing.

I'm sexually active so you sure it's herpies .

I'm 99% that's genital Herpes 2 , called HSV 2 .

Treat your partner 2 both get tested , do this properly u dont wanna treat it and then get it back from your partner , its a sneaky STD
