I need advice to go to a clinic, but cannot afford it. I have tight fore skin and cannot be pulled back at all. It's like a balloon at tip of my penis and fore skin is to tight to pull back.

Hi Man, try the stretching and see if it will help, it can take some time for it to work, you could get some steroid cream from your GP and get things checked out the steroid would speed things up. If the stretching didn't work you would be looking at having a circumcision then.

Definitely try stretching first then move onto steroid creams.

Look at Surgery as a last resort.
